For nearly fifty years, Richard’s own experience of God’s infinite and reliable love has inspired him to be a channel of divine love for others. He tries to remove the barriers—created by immature religion, bad teaching, culture, ego, and our own woundedness—that keep us from knowing God’s love for ourselves. Richard takes us back to the basics that have been forgotten for so long and for so many reasons. Jesus summed up the entire law and prophets with these words: “Love God and love others.”
Why have we made things so complicated? “Most of us were taught that God would love us if and when we change,” Richard says. “In fact, God loves you so that you can change. What empowers change, what makes you desirous of change, is the inner experience of love. This alone becomes the engine of positive change.”
